If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all use of Atlethy.
You must meet the age requirement in your country and be able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping login secure.
Atlethy is for fitness tracking — not medical advice. Train safely and consult a qualified professional before changing your exercise program.
You own your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display it to run the app. No unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, or infringing material. Zero tolerance for objectionable user-generated content.
Use Report and Block in-app. Blocked users are removed from your feed immediately. We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content, and may suspend or ban accounts.

Auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple ID. Charged at purchase confirmation. Renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end. Renewal charged within 24 hours prior to end of period.
Prices shown in-app before purchase. Manage under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds via Apple’s policies.

Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, harass users, or use the app illegally.
Provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of data or goodwill.
We may update terms or discontinue features. We may suspend access for violations. You may stop using the app and delete your account anytime.
